SHIPPING POLICY
Thanks for shopping at MotoSaver.
After your purchase has been confirmed, in 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays), MotoSaver will process and ship your order. Depending upon the destination, the package should be delivered to your preferred location within 7-15 business days.
TRACKING
We use courier companies which provide tracking information and keep you updated regarding the same after your placed order has been processed. All tracking numbers will be emailed once the order is processed. International shipments are subject to import taxes and duties by the destination country upon receipt which is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout and they may vary depending on weight, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping to remote locations may require additional time for delivery. To expedite the delivery process you can choose faster shipping options, which will be available at an extra shipping cost depending on your location and weight of the product.
Please be reminded that you will have to sign acceptance for your order when it is delivered. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your order will be couriered to you on the next available working day.
If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, the assigned courier company will provide a notification card advising you of the process for redelivery. If three (3) attempts in total are made to deliver your order, it will be returned to us. Redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.
DELAYS IN DELIVERY
We may provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative & approximate values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on a case-to-case basis depending on the availability of the item and other factors. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding COVID-19. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages.

In rare cases, the delivery may take longer for orders coming from overseas due to:

While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on the Site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the Site at any time without notice.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
In case of internal disturbances in the recipient destination (war, strife, riots, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the money if we feel that a package cannot be delivered safely.

Our products are sold “as is”, “with all faults”, “as they stand” and without any express warranty whatsoever, unless otherwise expressly designated herein. To the fullest extent allowed by the local and national law, we expressly disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose, even if a particular purpose is mentioned herein. We also expressly disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damage or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchase or replacement of goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser that result from the use of MotoSaver products.
However, some of our NEW parts may come with an additional manufacturer warranty. Please contact the respective company if you have any queries with your ordered NEW product.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1. Cosmetic damage, i.e., damage that does not affect the structural integrity or safety of the product;
2. Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, improper application;
3. Loss, damage, or expense caused by accidents, collision, theft, larceny, snow chains, explosion, lightning, earthquakes, fire, windstorms, hurricanes, water, floods, malicious mischief, vandalism, civil commotion, riots, war, etc;
4. Repair or replacement of any product used or installed on vehicles;
5. Liability for damage to property, injury to or death of any person arising out of the operation, maintenance, or use of the product;
6. Pre-existing, consequential, incidental, and/or secondary damages;
7. Traffic fines, citations, penalties, etc.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
1. Do NOT attempt to fit replacement parts unless you are competent in the use of hand tools including; spanners, power tools, drills, and pop rivet guns.
2. Do not attempt to fit replacement parts unless you understand basic technical drawings and can relate such drawings to step-by-step instructions.
3. Your original spare part has been supplied by MotoSaver to exacting standards. If the spare part is fitted incorrectly, you can compromise your safety and the integrity of the product and vehicle.
4. If the spare part is fitted incorrectly MotoSaver will not be liable for any damage or personal injury which occurs as a result.
5. By fitting the spare part to your product, you may void the warranty on the product.
6. You are solely and completely responsible for evaluating your vehicle to ensure that the vehicle, and each part
of that vehicle, is appropriate for the part or component that you are ordering from MotoSaver. It is the consumer’s sole responsibility to have other important parts properly installed on their vehicle along with any modifications necessary for the proper performance of the vehicle.
7. Our products do not come with any mileage or condition warranties. Please make sure to analyse technical specifications before purchasing any Used parts.
